HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Ps.100:4 - Enter his gates with thanksgiving …His courts with praise.
I know someone who always wishes people a “Happy Turkey Day”. I used to think that was kinda cute until I started to reflect upon it. Thanksgiving is a day when we as a country give thanks to God for all the blessings He has bestowed upon us. “Happy Turkey Day”, although it sounds cute, is like wishing everyone a happy day of gluttony. It’s not the turkey we celebrate; it’s God.
We at Key To Faith have a great deal to be thankful for: We are thankful for the
- healing and speedy recovery of our pastor
- testimonies about financial blessings in the midst of this economy
- prayer support we receive from our brothers and sisters in the Lord
- worldwide outreach of this little church called Key To Faith Ministries through the web, television and publishing
- young adults in our church, many of whom are in ministry
- the little ones whose innocence and joy bring us laughter
- turkey and the meal on Thanksgiving Day
- church family and our own families

PASTOR’S NOTES
This is the time of the year when family is very important. Remember we are also members of the family of God. Let us not neglect our worship and service to God who has given us so many things to be grateful for. As we come to the end of another year let us be found serving God with all of our hearts. Remember Joshua’s great words,” As for my family and me, we will serve the Lord.
Much love Pastor Sal
